AXA IM - Real Assets’ Compliance oversees regulatory issues, ethics and deontology, anti-money laundering and the financing of terrorism. The team relies on a network of local correspondents who consist of senior AXA IM - Real Assets' professionals designated in each of the territories where AXA IM - Real Assets is active.
The Compliance function ensures adherence to:
- Local laws and regulatory requirements;
- Contractual obligations imposed by clients and internal rules;
- Guidelines on issues of ethics, including conflicts of interest.
