Operating in Asia-Pacific through our offices in Tokyo, Seoul and Sydney, AXA IM - Real Assets has close to 10 years of experience operating in Asian-Pacific markets. Through our local teams on the ground as well as local partners in each territory, we:
- are able to raise Asian Capital to be deployed in the Japanese and Australian growing real assets markets,
- aim to provide attractive investment solutions in the Asian-Pacific real assets market, working with local partners displaying a proven track record and extensive experience,
- bring European and US real assets opportunities to Asian-Pacific investors.
In line with our global expansion’s ambition, we acquired Eureka Funds Management in September 2016, a Sydney based company now operating as Eureka - Real Assets. Eureka - Real Assets provides us with a significantly enhanced footprint in Australia, which we have identified as a key investment market. Founded in 2004, Eureka - Real Assets has a seasoned team of real estate investment professionals managing a number of trusts and mandates with c. €3.4 billion1 of assets under management, which comprise offices and retail assets. In line with another of AXA IM - Real Assets’ key business divisions, Eureka - Real Assets has a significant alternative real estate investment platform that includes hotels.
